is searching for Resourcing Specialists. The main purpose for the job is to
provide recruitment services (end to end process) to ensure that organization
growth is well supported by having the right candidates to fill vacancies within
agreed service level agreement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent academic record in any University degrees
- Min 2 years experience in Recruitment agency and 2 year experience if recruitment role in manufacturing industry, handling recruitment starting from operator position (mass recruitment) to managerial position.
- Effectively interface with 3rd party recruiters or other recruitment service providers.
- Good communication of written and spoken English
- The ability to identify talent and to source, screen and select qualified candidates in line with business requirements
- The ability to prepare and conduct behavioral and competency-based phone interviews
- Willingness to travel for recruitment road show
